OD interventions can improve the organizational culture, that is underlying values, beliefs, and practices that shape the organization, through designing, systemising and regulating the human resources management aspects and processes. Many ODI approaches like Behavioural Interventions, Collaborative Interventions, One-to-One Interventions and Classroom-Based Interventions are made instrumental here.
Through this aspect we address the most critical aspects of the organisations, the people and the processes, especially in schools. We inculcate and streamline primarily the following aspects through ODI viz., strategic planning, organisation design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching/ mentoring, team building and dynamics and work/life balance.
